Our travels start in the Middle East, where we enjoy the taste of roasted pistachio nuts before heading south and finding  ourselves at a Nigerian wedding in Lagos. The musicians are playing and the dancing has begun. We join the merry makers enjoying the delicious fried sweet, vanilla dough (chin chin). We clutch our plantain chips as we head north towards Europe and to the morning markets where we enjoy the taste of camembert and chocolate.
