Our Delivery Service

We pride ourselves in providing our customers with an exceptional delivery service, therefore we offer different options depending on the product ordered and your order destination. 
 

DELIVERY & RETURNS

We are currently offering free Lagos delivery on all orders with a minimum spend of N100k spend Terms & Conditions apply.

We offer the following delivery options:
 

Lagos Standard*

• Next Day for orders made before 12pm between Monday and Thursday. Orders received on Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Monday.

• Delivery fee will be calculated at check out and depends on location (free for orders over N100k)

• For Hampers (Fruit, Native and International Hampers) and Pantry Products, Beauty, Wellbeing and Stationery

• 3 - 7 working days

• Delivery charges may vary depending on your delivery location; this will be confirmed at Checkout. Delivery of non-fresh fruit and vegetable products outside of the Lagos will incur an additional fee, which will be added into your delivery charge at checkout. 

• After you have selected your delivery option, you will be given an estimated delivery date at checkout. 

• Please note - for both Lagos and outside of Lagos, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: Transportation networks, adverse weather conditions or increase in demand. Our Customer Service Team will update you if anything changes with your order.
   

Delivery Partners in Lagos

Most of our Lagos orders are sent with a range of partners that we believe offer the right service for delivering the specific products we supply. 

We are unable to deliver to multiple locations per order.

Order with Multiple Addresses
We can only deliver orders to one shipping address at a time. If you would like assistance placing separate orders to multiple addresses, please contact our Customer Service team.
